• Create and manage your GreenRoomer account.
• Match entertainers with venues and gigs based on preferences and location.
• Process payments and payouts through Stripe Connect.
• Communicate with you about gigs, updates, and support requests.
• Monitor and improve the performance, safety, and usability of the Platform.
• Prevent fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms of Service.
• Comply with legal obligations such as tax reporting and anti-money-laundering laws.

We never sell your personal information.

We only share information when necessary to operate the Platform:

• With other users: Limited profile details, gig history, and public media are visible to other users for booking and discovery purposes.
• With service providers: Such as Stripe (payments), Firebase (hosting and authentication), and analytics providers, who help us run the Platform securely.
• For legal reasons: If required by law, regulation, or court order, or to protect the rights and safety of GreenRoomer, our users, or the public.
• In business transfers: If GreenRoomer undergoes a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your data may be transferred to the successor entity.

We do not share your personal contact or payment information with other users unless you explicitly provide it during a gig.

All payments are handled by Stripe Connect. When you make or receive payments, your financial information is processed directly by Stripe, subject to their own Privacy Policy. We only receive limited payment data (such as transaction amounts and status) to maintain accurate records.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Platform. If you close your account, we may retain certain data as required by law (e.g., tax or audit obligations) or to prevent fraud and abuse.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access and obtain a copy of your personal information.
• Request correction or deletion of your data.
• Withdraw consent to processing (where applicable).
• Object to certain data uses or request data portability.

GreenRoomer is intended for users 18 years or older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, contact us immediately, and we will delete it.

GreenRoomer is based in the United States. If you access the Platform from another country, your information may be transferred to and processed in the U.S., where privacy laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

The Platform may include links to third-party websites or services (such as social media pages or partner sites). We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third parties.
